This blog is dedicated to posting the many funny, sarcastic, witty, serious, and heartwarming tweets of John Darnielle, aka the Mountain Goats. 

Originally I started posting these on my personal, but soon I had 100+ tweets saved to my computer, and I didn’t want to spam my personal with something that I could make a blog of it’s own for.

You may ask, ‘Why do you even have this tumblr? People can just follow @mountain_goats on twitter.’ 

Yes, you can. But there are some non-twitter users (see picture below) that still love to see his tweets. Also, as much as I love Mr. Darnielle, following this blog eradicates having to sift through his replies, retweets, and less funny/interesting tweets.
